Club Rules


All rally slips must be sent to the Rally Secretary. All holiday rally slips mus be accompanied by ​£10 per week (non-refunable) booking deposit. See individual rally information for specific details.

Holiday rallies must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

All cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Wolseley CCC with a stamp addressed envelope if a receipt is required. All prices quoted are approximate. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. A bank transfer is acceptable, please call Treasurer or Secretary for details.


A ​non-refundable deposit must be sent with your booking slip. Please check for any variation on this rule in the individual rally information. Rally slips not accompanied by a deposit will be returned to sender.

Please book all rallies by sending in slips because all rallies have a limit. If you are unable to attend a rally please let the Rally Secretary know in advance where possible.


The only method of payment at the rally is cash.


A charge will be made for non-unit members attending rallies and staying in a member's unit. This applies to weekend rallies


Visitors will not be allowed into socials before 8pm, please ensure Stewards are made aware of visitors wanting to attend socials.


Holiday Rallies run from Saturday to Saturday, there will be no entrance to the field before 10:30am or after 10pm.

Bookings close four weeks before the rally commences.

Any enquiries regarding your holiday or site MUST be made via the Rally Secretary and NOT the with the site directly.


Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times; any damage caused must be paid for by their parents.


Please adhere strictly to the 5mph speed limit on the rally field, the speed limit also applies to bicycles.


Please ALWAYS clear up after your pets.


Are not allowed on Wolseley rallies, unless used for medical purposes, having first agreed with the Rally Steward, for entertainment such as lighting, to power Club equipment etc., or in cases of extreme emergency.  

Consultation with Rally Stewards is crucial and the of common sense should always be applied.
